As a young mom, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and deeply inadequate. Despite praying, reading scriptures, going to the temple and going to therapy I couldn’t escape the weight of trying to be perfect. One morning, it all became too much—I ran away from home, desperate for relief.

In that moment of brokenness, I poured out my fears and inadequacies to God, and He answered. He showed me a path forward—a journey of healing and growth. I learned how to:

✨ Control my thoughts to create peace and clarity.

✨ Manage emotions and stop the cycle of overwhelm.

✨ Heal past hurts and childhood wounds that were holding me back.

This journey changed everything: my relationship with myself, my marriage, my parenting, and my connection with God. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women find the same healing and joy.
